USDA Cafeteria Conference Room (this is a glass-enclosed area at the back of the cafeteria). Non-federal employees, and visitors without a federal ID badge may enter on the “C” Street side of the South Building, and must present (at least) a driver’s license, in order to reach the USDA Cafeteria.
