Baseline Change Control for Earned Value
The topic of Baseline Change Control covers five of the thirty-two guidelines for an Earned Value Management System from the ANSI-748A standard. This presentation is designed to provide a foundation in Baseline Change Control, with practical examples, starting with no knowledge of the Earned Value Management Standard (ANSI - 748A). Knowledge of the requirements for baseline change control, knowing a few best practices, and understanding how it aligns with other project management activities can prove invaluable as a project manager leads the robust application of Earned Value for a project.
Event Registration
There is no cost for attendance, but we ask that you pre-register, by filling out and returning the registration form to programs@m2d2.org. See instructions to the right. Please: Follow the instructions! Specifically: the subject line of your email should read "M2D2 - Pre-registration" -- nothing more, nothing less. Thanks in advance. We'll be delighted and surprised if anyone complies with this request. Past experience has shown that the highly-educated, requirements-driven IT professionals who attend these events are typically unable to follow simple instructions. But maybe you'll surprise us this time!
