The presentation explains the key tenets behind OMB Circulars and FAR Clauses requiring the use of EVM. Mr. Calderon addresses which types of projects are well suited for EVM performance measurement, and which ones are not. He highlights the basic requirements and compliance issues surrounding the adoption of the ANSI/EIA 748-B Standard. EVMS reciprocity is also discussed.
